1. INTRODUCTION

Savra ("we," "our," or "the App") is an open-source, 100% free game save synchronization tool. We value your privacy and aim to be as transparent as possible about how your data is handled.

2. DATA COLLECTION

  • Local Data: Savra operates primarily on your local machine. It scans for game save files and metadata as configured by you.
  • Cloud Integration: If you choose to connect Google Drive or GitHub, Savra will access only the specific folders and files (like Checkpoints) it creates or you designate.
  • Authentication: When you log in via Google, we receive basic profile info (email, name, avatar) to personalize your experience. This data is stored securely in Firebase.

3. DATA USAGE

  • We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
  • We do NOT track your gaming habits or personal files for any purpose other than providing the synchronization service.
  • All game saves stay under your control within your chosen cloud provider (Google Drive or GitHub).

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Savra interacts with:

  • Google Drive API (for cloud storage)
  • GitHub API (for cloud storage)
  • Firebase (for user profile and settings persistence)
  • Steam/SteamSpy API (for game metadata lookup)

These services have their own privacy policies which we encourage you to review.

5. OPEN SOURCE

As an open-source project, our code is available for public audit. You can verify exactly how data is handled by reviewing the source code on our repository.
